This is Rachel's and my host family. Our sister, Akshara is 14 years old, our mother is Shoba (but we call her mommy-ji), and our brother, Akshay is 16 years old. We also have a father, but he isn't in this photo. They are a wonderful family. This photo is from our first night when we walked to visit the Ganesh temple, the Shiva temple and the White temple (all of which are on our same block). I have written more about our family, but I am having a problem posting it right now, so I will try again tomorrow.
