Vanessa Shafa (who I studied abroad with in Central America fall semester 2006) is living in South India and she is traveling around North India right now and came to Jaisalmer with her friend, Frank! It is great to see her! We figured out that we have now been in six countries together: Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, USA, and India! We took Frank and Vanessa with us on a field visit today and then went to the sand dunes and rode camels!
