Tonight I celebrated this new beginning with my parents and brother, Noah at Undici Restaurant in Denver, Colorado. Dinner was delicious, but what I am really grateful for were the moments spent with those I love and will truly miss during this semester abroad. I also got a call from Auntie Trina Babes! And after dinner Pablo and David stopped by to say goodbye.
Right now I am at a lost of words to describe what I am feeling and thinking. I feel so blessed to have had an amazing summer living at home and visiting family and friends. Now, I get to embark on a new journey and adventure. I'll be using this blog to post stories, reflections, photos, and experiences during these next four months. Please feel free to pass this along to friends/family, and to leave your comments letting me know what you're thinking and feeling as well.
Next post will be from India!!!!
Love and best wishes to Mom, Dad, Nate, Noah, Pablo, all family members and dear friends. I love you all and thank you for helping make this opportunity a reality.

HANNAH: The food sounds interesting. Are the spices very strong? Or are they similar to spices in an Indian restaurant in the States? Peace, Tio Tim
